Welcome to Influecy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, digital blueprints, and strategic consultation frameworks provided through our agency based in Dublin, Ireland.

By accessing our website or booking a discovery call, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our website and digital channels.

1. Scope of Services & Framework

Influecy operates as a premium creator brand optimization and management agency. We assist digital creators, influencers, and artists in scaling their digital presence, refining brand voice architecture, and maximizing commercial opportunities through two specialized package categories:

• Brand Strategy Blueprint Package: Custom architecture covering brand voice, market positioning, target audience matrices, and systemic aesthetic development.

• Growth & Optimization Package: Continuous content engineering, performance analytics assessment, platform optimization workflows, and regular production consultation.

All service engagements, deliverables, and specific scopes are customized following an architectural Discovery Call and are fully executed under a separate binding Creator Services Agreement.

2. Discovery Calls & Dynamic Pricing

No pricing presented on our media channels constitutes a binding contractual offer. Because creator profiles, niches, scale, and operational requirements differ fundamentally, pricing is dynamically tailored. Final bespoke pricing models are formalised only inside standard customized statements of work issued post-Discovery Call.

3. Creator Sovereignty & Absolute Approval Rights

We operate on an absolute principle of Creator Sovereignty. Influecy designs systems, drafts material, and manages deployment structures, but the Creator retains ultimate authority over their public profile and digital identity:

• Mandatory Sign-Off: No brand blueprint, target voice architecture, strategic content plan, platform video, or copy will ever be published, uploaded, or transmitted by Influecy without explicit written or platform-based approval from the Creator.

• Final Editorial Accountability: Once approval is granted by the Creator, the content is deemed finalized. The Creator assumes ultimate structural liability for the distribution and public resonance of the approved assets.

4. Platform Access & Managed Account Roles

To support execution workflows without compromising asset security, Influecy enforces a strict platform access protocol:

• Editor / Manager Access Only: Creators shall grant Influecy operational access strictly via platform ecosystem delegation interfaces (e.g., YouTube Manager, Meta Business Editor, TikTok Agency center) as Editors or Content Managers.

• No Administrative Credentials: Influecy will never request, hold, or accept Master Administrative passwords, Primary Ownership credentials, or root security access keys. The Creator remains the sole administrative owner of their digital assets.

5. Integration of Advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools

Influecy leverages cutting-edge, enterprise-grade generative and analytical Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems to research trends, formulate complex narrative strategies, analyze metrics, and optimize creative workflows. By engaging us, you acknowledge that our conceptual deliverables are augmented by sophisticated AI modeling systems to maximize scale and modern digital compliance.

6. Cookie Architecture & Granular Consent

Our website utilizes cookies and similar tracking technologies (pixels, local storage, and scripts) to optimize user experience and analyze traffic metrics under the Irish ePrivacy Regulations (S.I. 336/2011) and the GDPR:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the core technical functionality of our website. These do not require prior consent and cannot be opted out of.

• Analytics & Performance Cookies: Used solely to understand how visitors interact with our strategy frameworks, discovery pages, and content. These are disabled by default.

7. Intellectual Property Structures

The layout, design, proprietary optimization templates, framework processes, and software interfaces owned by Influecy remain the exclusive Intellectual Property of Influecy. All unique client videos, source scripts, and creative files generated specifically for and approved by the Creator transfer completely to the Creator upon full settlement of all corresponding agency invoices.

8. Governing Law, Data Compliance & Jurisdictional Competence

• Legal Framework: These Terms, along with all operational interactions with Influecy, are governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the Laws of Ireland, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Jurisdictional Competence: Any legal actions or disputes arising directly or indirectly out of these website rules or agency frameworks shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland located in Dublin.

• Data Controller: For the purposes of European data protection directives, Influecy acts as the Data Controller for information explicitly gathered via our digital channels. All client data handled during the delivery of specialized packages is separately governed under our binding Creator Services Agreement.
